Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store environment is clean and welcoming for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operations, and equipment handling.
• Capable of following company policies, working independently or in a team, and multitasking efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Compliance with state and local regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
