Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
