Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe equipment operation and general cleaning abilities
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
