Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked effectively, and customers receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding document security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work independently or within a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Work experience in a retail environment a plus
