Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
