Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to an excellent shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties following company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and necessary equipment.
- Capability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Education and Experience
- Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
