Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
