Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
