Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. From stocking shelves to cashiering, your contributions will directly impact the shopping experience at our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, take part in store inventory counts, and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
