Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
