Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and follow company guidelines to ensure the store is well-organized and customer-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties with efficiency and accuracy.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an orderly manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to assist shoppers in their experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding store operations.
- Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels for accuracy.
- Adhere to company cash handling policies and procedures.
- Follow established company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
