Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves, keep the store clean, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Take part in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and necessary equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
