Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
