Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operational skills with a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
