We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory management
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
