Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members and management to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's defined Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Provide feedback on inventory and product-related issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
