Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security measures.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
