Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus
