Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and cleaned to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with all company policies while upholding security standards.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
