Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's standards to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
