Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Follow company policies and standards
• Strong communication skills
• Work well independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Meet local requirements for alcohol handling

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in retail is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
