We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a neat and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
