Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Capability to operate equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
