Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and address inquiries.
• Participate in inventory processes and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
