Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and adhere to company Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and comply with company procedures while prioritizing security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting weights up to 45 pounds, and ensuring overall store organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
