Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing job duties.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any product or operational issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
