Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with established company policies while ensuring data security.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
