Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with their inquiries, all while upholding ALDI’s values of exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality of information

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide friendly and prompt customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
