Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, handling cashier duties, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses and adhere to company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
