Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently or within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
