Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours a week. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by performing merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning duties. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform cash register operations and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma preferred with retail experience desired.
