Job Description
As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized and maintains a high standard of customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of operating store equipment and following company procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
