Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience desirable
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
