Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and merchandise displays with precision.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Follow cash handling policies to maintain store security.
• Adhere to company policies while safeguarding confidential information.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail setting is a plus.
