Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for product merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
- Location: Training at a nearby store until the new store opens
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
- Provide superior customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Demonstrated capability in equipment operation and general cleaning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
