Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to the management team.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
- Capability to perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
