Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Perform inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
