Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Follow security and confidentiality protocols
• Carry out assigned tasks effectively

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently and within a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
