Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with our team, demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
