Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is a plus
