Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
