Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store counts
• Adhere to cash policies and maintain security of data and documents

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Capable of operating store equipment safely
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
