Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
