Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Follow cash policies and minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Physical demands include stocking merchandise, carrying up to 45 pounds, and various store activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
