Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations is a plus.
