Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory management, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Skilled in general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
