Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate our core competencies, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
