Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your role will involve enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks according to company standards and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain security of documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
