Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
