Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) essential for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Assist in inventory management, including conducting store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies to uphold security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
